Once again, Mother Nature smiled on the Central New Jersey Chapter and provided an absolutely beautiful day for our Chapter Show and Picnic. Show Chairman, Dave Mognoni provided two outstanding cars for judging, Jim Michlin's 1962 fulie and Bob Pellicano's 1982 Collector Edition coupe. This was the first time either car had been offered for NCRS Flight Judging and both cars achieved Top Flight awards. Congratulations to both Jim and Bob !
While our show field was quite restricted, our hosts Linda and Steve Ciaccio made sure our picnic was a truly sumptuous affair, with Italian cuisine catered by Federrici's South and outstanding deserts provided by our spouses. For the daring, the Ciaccio swimming pool provided a refreshing end of the summer treat. Everybody really had a wonderful time enjoying the day with "Great Cars and Great Friends." This after all is what the NCRS is all about !
